At GTS Engines, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Below, we outline the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance sale items (unless faulty)

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Approval: Once approved, you will receive an email with your RAN and return instructions.
- Packaging & Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all relevant documents, and clearly write the RAN on the package.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-built engines or machinery
- Special order items not in our regular inventory
- Used, damaged, or modified products
- Items that have been tampered with, disassembled, or altered
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received within the expected timeframe:

6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within the warranty period, contact us immediately with proof (photos and a description). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Warranty Coverage
Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific warranty terms. All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s approval.
9. Gifts
- If marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
