Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At GTS Engines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward process for returns and exchanges. Please read through our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.


Return Time Frame

  • Standard Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 90 days from delivery.
  • Extended Holiday Return Period: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned through January 31st of the following year.

Condition of the Item

  • The motor must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return method

  1. In Store: Customers can visit the physical store location (Unit 2/20 Waterworth Dr, Margate TAS 7054, Australia) to initiate and complete their return in person.
  2. By Mail: Returns can be sent back via mail by packaging the item securely and using the provided return label or postage method.

Restocking Fees

  • A free restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was shipped.

Refund Processing Time

It will take 10 days maximum for the refund processing time and your refund will be issued

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packaging the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any gifts included with the purchase.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund or Exchange: Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, or an exchange will be processed if requested.
  6. Refund Processing Time: It will take 10 days maximum for the refund processing time and you refund will be issued

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Custom or special-order stoves are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrived damaged or is defective, please get in touch with us immediately for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Warranty Claims: Issues covered under warranty should be addressed according to the warranty terms and conditions.
